**I apologize for the poor grammar in the earlier book reviews.
What is the strangest real life situation that is in one of your stories?
A few years ago, I was traveling a long distance by car with my two dogs and was trapped in a sudden whiteout. My car spun 360 degrees on the highway and came to rest off the road in a snow bank. I was towed out but by the time I got home a few hours later, the doors of the car were frozen and I couldn't get them open to get out. By then the dogs were desperate for a bathroom (or fire hydrant) break. I was able to get my window down to about half-way. I was forced to try to crawl out.
Since I was dressed for comfort in a skirt with slouchy socks with clogs, by the time I got halfway out the window, the socks and shoes had come off and my skirt was up around my waist. At that point I got stuck in the car window with my posterior embarrassingly exposed to the cold winter wind.
I'm not sure if I would have been happier if my own embarrassing incident had ended with a sexy Brit rescuing me from my predicament. Instead, I finally managed to fall out and land in the snow. If a sexy man had found me stuck, I probably would never have been able to emerge from my house ever, ever, ever, again dying from the humiliation. However, having a guy like the sexy Ross from my book might have made the shame worthwhile.
Do you laugh and cry while writing your books?
I do laugh at some of the situations and dialogue as the story unfolds, particularly when the characters start saying and doing things I hadn't envisioned before writing a scene. I only worry when I'm laughing at a point that is supposed to be tragic. If that happens, I know I have gotten too melodramatic. REWRITE NECESSARY.
Have you traveled to do research for your books?
I have not traveled to research since most of my books are based in Savannah where I live. However, I do generally go to locations I use. One of the most interesting was the haunted basement of a pizzeria. The basement has blocked over entrances to some of the underground tunnels beneath Savannah reportedly used to bring slaves in from the riverfront during the 1700 and 1800s. A symbol had been drawn on the basement floor allegedly to open a vortex or portal to another dimension. I used this symbol and research in my book ENTANGLEMENTS.
Favorite book or character you have written?
My favorite character is Confucius Cat. This character is based on my own cat. Confucius Cat has a lot of sage advice and philosophy to impart to felines and humans alike. He is a bit bossy and quite a know-it-all, much like my own cat.
Kizzy Taylor is a fifteen year old with a special gift, the ability to open a vortex. Messing with other dimensions gets dicey real quick. Whenever someone falls through the vortex….someone or something comes through it. And those who pass along the way become entangled with each other. Join Kizzy on this adventure with the hunky Rom Calixo and all her friends, including a few bullies who tag along as well. As she ends up on an adventure through wormholes and vortexes to save her friends or try to fix the present through the past. It all starts with a simple spelunking trip through areas left best alone, has our characters fighting to rescue friends and chase down monsters. Going through time and space and disturbing the natural way of the world.
Many of the characters in this book show up again in the Dark Realm Series. Prince Leopold, the vampire monarch, Amy who is a soldier in the Resistance, and many others. The story keeps the reader on the run along with the characters and it gets dark at times but also humorous. And yet in all the darkness, the seed of romance it planted and even blooms. This is separate than the next series, but it lets you see both worlds and understand more what Dorcha is like.
Corporal Amy is part of the Human Resistance London Regiment. As humans the Resistance aren’t real big on Supes, so Amy kept it a secret that she had special abilities. Like how she knows about Cameron and helps rescue him. Unfortunately rescuing him has his father coming into the picture and Amy struggles between trusting the man and wanting to throw herself into his arms.
Bad things are starting to happen and it looks like Amy may have to take Marlowe along with her to try and rescue the humans from the ghouls and other monsters who follow the orders of Prince Leopold.
From vampire horses to zombie donkeys, the author has supes of all types in this story. A universe where the humans are outnumbered and considered no less than cattle for the monsters to feed on. I enjoyed this unique paranormal and will be awaiting the rest of the series to see what adventures are ahead for Amy and her comrades.
Corporal Amy is out there fighting again. The Resistance is made up of humans willing to be more than feed, in a place that is ruled by vampires. In the last book, Amy saw a vision where the evil forces were making giant unstoppable golems, using crystals containing the life force from humans. Amy is determined to rescue the humans and return their souls to them. Somehow. She is working beside the mysterious and handsome Marlowe. A man, or whatever he may be, who infuriates her on the one hand and has Amy desiring to fall into his arms on the other.
Welcome to the world of the Dark Realm, where humans are the minority and you never know who is your friend….or an enemy. You never know what creature you may meet up with while wandering the streets, it could be anything from a demon to a zombie donkey. These books are on the darker side of vampires as not everything is wrapped in a pretty package. Stories full of adventure and suspense. And if only the evil guys would take a break, our hero and heroine could have time for some romance. Volume three in this series is called Surrender. This unique series gives the reader new twists and turns for a paranormal story. You will want to start with the first volume as the story builds from Resistance.
Corporeal Amy is finding herself fighting against the Resistance these past few hours, rather than for it. Without their help to rescue Driscoll and Cameron, it’s left up to Marlowe and Amy.
Much is revealed about Marlowe’s past in this story, enough that Amy struggles with what is the right thing to do. Trust what she’s always fought against or this man who has gained her trust over the past few days?
Get ready to run and fight through what was once the streets of London as our heroine once again fights the dark forces and her own people.
Amy continues in the war against Prince Leopold and becomes more disgruntled with General Thatcher and the Resistance. It seems more and more that she stands alone. The General is often unmoving and unwilling to listen to reason. She sets her mind to something and that’s it. Amy just has to do things on her own and in her own ways.
The portal opens and as some people leave, others enter. These Dark Realm Volumes run parallel to what is happening with the other worlders in Entanglements. If you enjoy series and seeing the whole picture, then you'll want to read that book as well. It is written under P.R. Mason. Suspense with a touch of romance that will keep you turning the pages to see what happens next.

A God Particle Series: Prequel
Sophie Meynard is an assistant to a very important and top secret project. Not only that, she can’t believe that a plain girl like her has captured the attention of an ex-military hunk. They are opposites in almost every way. And yet he really seems to like her, just the way she is. He is her very own Jesse James.
When she has to work Christmas Eve instead of spending time with Jesse, her life takes on more excitement than she can handle. This is a short, but exciting, prequel for a new series by this author.
Eve went to the school dance with a real jerk. How did she allow her friend to talk her into this? She would have had more fun studying for the SATs at home. And then there was the handsome familiar looking Viking dude. Somehow she just knew his name was Holden. After leaving Quinn to ask Holden for a dance...her whole night takes a new turn. And then she has to face the decision of a lifetime. Or maybe several lifetimes.
This book takes place at the same school, Richard Johnson Academy aka Double Dick, as several other books. It takes place after Entanglements.
Keagan & Liam are fraternal twins. Liam is the beloved twin that his father is extremely proud of while Keagan is the bad boy that is always being looked down upon. When Keagan is sent to a different school he joins the football team and Liam is already on his. They are about to play the game of their life when not only are their rivaling schools about to play each other but the brothers have never been more at odds.
Tara is a Banshee. She has visions of when and how someone will die when she touches them. She knew her parents would die in a car accident but couldn’t get them to believe her. She now carries the guilt of their deaths on her shoulders. She has been dating Liam as he is safe and she enjoys that in her life. Her visions always showed her that Liam would have a long life….until now. Suddenly the vision has changed and she just has to change his fate. And if Liam wouldn’t listen to her then she just had to convince Keagan to help. And she was desperate enough to use any means she could to do so.
This is a shorter story that can be read pretty quickly but it is also a full story. It is unique and well written.
Flowers, vacation, baseball, prom…what does spring mean to you? Collectively, the thirteen authors in Eternal Spring have published over 90 books, and have received or have been nominated for several prestigious awards, including the RITA,® the Golden Heart,® the Daphne du Maurier Award of Excellence in Mystery and Suspense, the Jasmine, the Maggie, the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award, the Cybil Award for Best Young Adult Fiction, the EPIC e-book Award, the Romantic Times Reviewers Choice Award, and the New York Public Library’s Books for the Teen Age list.
Grace Baker is just your average gal, in her eyes. Especially when she compares herself to the tall, leggy blonde beauties the man she loves seems to like best. He don’t even remember the one night they had together.
Antonio Romero turns heads wherever he goes, and no matter how Grace feels about him, they are just friends, buddies. Yay for Grace. It’s getting harder to work in the same office and go out for drinks though. It’s tough when you want your friend to be more and he don’t. This is a fairly short story with scenes hot enough to steam up the windows of an old VW.
Poor Giselle Hunter seems to be one of those gals where trouble just shows up. If she’s there, so is trouble. She heads for Savannah, Georgia on a mission to find a ghost and save her job, once again she ends up in hot water. From a French artist who won’t let go to a New Orleans so-called vampire. A drunken tour guide, nudist wizard and nutty medium. Let us not forget the handsome man, who she wouldn’t mind attracting. But she needs a ghost, not trouble.
Full of humor, weird characters, and for the poor red-headed Giselle….trouble. This story is told from Giselle’s point of view.
Mara Rushworth is an heiress. Their money unfortunately came from when a relative had joined with others in 1758 Buckinghamshire, England, to use a black magic to enslave a soldier into a statue. Guaranteeing them wealth and the soldier a lifetime of being trapped in his marble prison.
Garrick Lawson had hope for the first time in over two hundred and fifty years when he first heard the young Mara. Hope of love and freedom. That was when he was taken from the ancestral home and stowed away at a museum. But now, she has found him once again.
This is a shorter story but packed full. The emotions were brought out in the characters first with hope and love, then hopelessness when they find the price of freedom is too high a price to pay.
